- ANSI/BIFMA e3 Furniture Sustainability Standard – The Level® furniture standard is similar to the LEED rating system, but certifies commercial furnishings that are environmentally and social responsible.
- LEED rating system from the U.S. Green Building Council – The LEED rating system certifies buildings based on a wide range of energy savings, land use and site selections, but it also rates ongoing conservation efforts in existing buildings. All rating systems offer credits for office furniture reuse.
