Project Overview: Sourced, installed and constructed various pieces of office and warehouse equipment for customer’s new office space and warehouse.
Customer: Columbia Woodworking
Location: Capitol Heights, Maryland
This project involved a return customer who was expanding their office footprint and moving from DC to Capitol Heights.
WAREHOUSE WORKROOM: Retained furniture and constructed a workstation within their warehouse for manager. This represented a financial savings of approximately $3-4k
39 WORKSTATIONS: Procured 39 Steelcase Answer workstations, delivered and installed in new office. Lightly used furniture represented a savings of approximately $30k off new furniture.
15 PRIVATE OFFICES: Procured, delivered and installed COE furnishings for 15 private offices.
PRIVATE PHONE BOOTHS: Procured, delivered and installed 4 Dauphin Bosselino privacy pods.
