Project Overview: AS-IS Herman Miller Action Office Series 2 Workstations– Columbia, MD

This was a new customer for Re-form. They were expanding and sub-leased an office of a previous customer of Re-form’s. The sub-lease included (43) As Is Herman Miller Action Office Series 2 Workstations. All product was K/D, staged and installed by the Re-form delivery and installation crew.

AS-IS Herman Miller Action Office Series 2 Workstations: The customer needed (24) of the As Is Herman Miller Action Office 2 Workstations installed in one area of the building and the remaining (19) installed in another area once construction was completed. In addition, Re-form provided (16) offices of laminate casegoods by Office Source, (1) large conference room table with seating, training room with (8) tables and chairs and break room with tables and stools.  Each workstation was 67″ H and contained a BFF pedestal. The private offices were new laminate product by Office Source and contained an L unit configuration with a BBF pedestal. The conference room contained a large laminate table by Office Source. The break room contained tables and chairs provided by Office Source. Seating was a combination of AS-IS and new by Office Source. The delivery and installation occurred during normal hours by the Re-form crew.
